My Grandfather gave me this M1 Carbine as a graduation gift. It was his, He has owned it since 1982, he used the M1 carbine in the Army during the Korean War. He liked them so much, he bought one after he returned. It was built in June of 1944. This gun has a huge amount of sentimental value to me, and I never though he would give it to me before he's gone. I'm proud to own this gun, and will never sell it.

I know you're very proud of your grandfather. Tell him Thank You for serving and protecting our country.
The M1 Carbine is a great shooter when serviced properly. Now you need to find a bayonet for it now. Enjoy.
