This is an old decal adhered to a flyer and probably distributed door to door by The Bell Telephone Company of Buffalo. This company was located in New York and was later absorbed by New York Telephone. Not much information about this telephone comany remains.
You can still find old payphone tokens from this company but not much else. There is actually a date printed on the back of this item indicating January 14, 1903. Wow!
Please let me know if anybody else out there can give me information on Bell Telephone of Buffalo.
