A friend of mine gave it to me for Christmas. Her grandfather owned it, but she does not know it's history. The toy stands 20" long x 11.5" high x 10" wide. I think it's made of some kind of medal with rubber tires. Can anybody help me out.

There is no info on the piece at all. Being the size and the detail of it I was hoping that it was something special. I will look at hobby lobby. Thanks for your input.
