I found this at a swap meet and would like more information about it. It was made in Italy by the Deluxe Insta-Bike Company. It has a Brooks seat, the rack is a part of the frame and it folds in half. It is a 20" bike and has one bar on the bottom. I am interested in finding out when these were made and it's current value.
