Neoclassical, Art Deco original Angle with Harp art painting. Art and frame is original looks really old I would guess it was painted sometime in the 1920's or 30's. I need help dating this and figuring out who the artist is. This piece is unsigned. Great piece found at a church donation sale in Los Angeles. Can anyone help me
