I just inherited this watch from my grandfather and I am stumped on info about it. I have searched everywhere and just cannot seem to find one that is just like it. I know the serial number is #3944410 which looks like it is from 1922. It is a 17 jewel double roller. The case is gold filled but very ornate. The inside of the case on the movement it says illinois springfield watch co. and on the inside of the case it says Illinois watch case co. Elgin Tivoli. Anyone seen one like this before and know more about it?? Any info would be greatly appreciated.
