I don't even know where to begin with this piece! I bought it from a real estate agent. It was left in a house that foreclosed. It looks like it's handmade, and it's very sturdy.
We use it for the entryway for hats and coats (as you can see). We added vintage iron hooks to make it functional for us.
One other note...the back of this bench is curved.
If anyone has any information about this style or era, please let me know.
