Hindu (?) Drawing on very old parchment

This item has been in my family since the 1950's. I have no idea of where it comes from or what it is.
It's 6" x 7.5, very finely draw, on very old paper. On the back, there is a small figure in red, very lightly drawn or stamped on the paper.
Any information at all would be very helpful!
