these plates showed ownership of the traincars and their lessors. they are aprox 4 x 18 inches and were given to me by an old timer. Now at 52 Im an old timer and think I have history too. Im in colona, il and want to know more about the plates.

these plates are steel and in good shape for their age, one of them is 1/4" thick
