Need help finding information about this artist. I do not know where to go to research. I can not tell if this an original pencil drawing or a print. My brother-in-law lived in New York and was friends with Ruth. I believe Ruth was the granddaughter of an artist Robert D. Wilkie. Any help would be appreciated.
