Ihave possibly 4000 cards
I owned an card shop in 1989 through 1995 and saw a bunch of these. If the packs are unopened from any of the series you could get $3.00 a pack or $4.00 for any Leaf 1991 which had Sosa,Frank Thomas rookie cards. If there is Upper Deck unopened packs from 1989 $10.00 a pack easily. Ken Griffey Jr. rookie card.
If they are all opened then start sorting by teams and players, Big players of the day during those years. Mark Mcguire, Sammy Sosa,Frank Thomas, Dante Bichette,
There is some value to the individual players, most cards during these years were over made and people were starting to collect cards when they saw cards from the 1950 to 1970 going for high prices.
Desert Storm was a very short series made but there is quite a few of these sets available out there complete set at $5 -$10
I knew some dealers who bought cases of these years and stashed them in their backrooms to pull them out later to sell at higher prices. Don't know if they have started selling them.
I would value your set by photos only around $100 as a group. Keep in mind I don't know what stars are in your packs. pick up a Beckett Price guide and get a better idea. Nice collection.
