Fell in love with this yesterday at a yard sale. The seller didn't know what it was used for, and I am oh so curious! It's a beautiful piece, with a little rolltop front made of birdseye maple. There's glass on the top, so you can look in (to see what?) When you open the rolltop, there's a little drawer on the bottom that moves back and forth. If you look at the side view, you can see the feet on the back are raised higher than those on the front.
Dimensions are approximately 9 in. high, 6 in. wide, and 10 deep.
The seller guessed it was used for either tea or cigar storage, but I'm not convinced. If anyone has a suggestion I'd love to hear it!
