I recently obtained this reverse Conoco bolo tie from a collection of stuff that my mother had. It belonged to my great uncle who worked for Conoco back in the 30's and 40's. It is inlayed in silver with the image in red mother of pearl, so it is not a toy. My big question is WHY is the image reversed and what is this thing worth?
