This handmade solid wood stand in very good shape. The paddles rotate and can be reset in any direction. The handle is brass and intact.

This one is a mystery to me.

I think this is a plant stand.

I have one that we use for a plant stand. I got it from my mother and that's what she had on it for years.

I had an uncle Hatfield that use to make these to sell . They are a plant stand . He made all sorts of things out of wood . He would load up a truck and take the items to Calif. to sell . He did quite well at it . I still have a few of the things he made .

this is a plant stand that was sold in the 70/80's, they came from stores like woolworth/zellars etc.
