I can't tell you a lot about this clock, I was told it was made in France around 1850. The first picture shows the condition as purchased, I have since had it restored, it now works perfectly. The lower piece of damaged slate was replaced by a local head stone company, they found my request odd, but where else do you go for work of this nature.
