Look on the back for any type of stamping which would help in ID. The stamping will be small, and that makes is valuable. Clip- ons are early 60's for piercing was gettin more popular. Rhinestone is actully colored glass but some are old processes.. Take it to a craft show and look for a someone selling the same stuff for they will be at a show. Custum jewerly is a really hot item these days.
