I do not know what this is for. It is glass, has 7 upright sections,the centre is quite deep but does not go right through, in other words it has a solid base. Measures 6" diameter and 2.5 tall. There is no makers mark. Could it be Whitefriars or some other art glass.? Is it Functional? Somebody must have another of these or a similar one somewhere.

Hi - This a German made glass piece used as a warmer, you put a tealight in the center and then you can set a coffee pot or teapot on it to keep it warm. Some have more of a flower petal look to them but it is the same idea. Hope this helps.
