Just an unusual enamel pin. There are no stamps or markings anywhere that I can see. I liked the colors, and the unusual design, and the price was right. I've added pics of the back. Per Amber Rose's request I just dont think the quality is there for the stones to be diamonds. As you can see, the pin is rusty, and the stones are set with rivets or something. Sorry about pics 2 and 3, the regular camera wasn't available.

Hi Upstate, Love the colors. Are those mine cut diamonds in the middle?
I don't think so. Looks like costume jewelery in the back. The pin is a little rusty. The colors are what jumped out at me first, too.
Hi, can you post a picture of the back? It looks like sterling silver or white gold from this picture...plus those diamonds... just saying...
I've seen brass pins in a similar style and they were from about 1910.
