Belonged to my grandmother, my mother and now me. Have been trying for 3 years to find out what it is. There are no markings. Emailed with someone in the U.K. and they gave me these options:(a) almost certainly Bohemian;(b) made around 1900 or slightly after;(c) possibly made by the glassworks of Wilhelm Kralik.

Someone else told me they saw one in the Butler Brothers Catalog but I have not been able to get my hands on one.

I am just so curious about it because it is so strange looking.

In the 1900 BB catalog, Monograph 12 from the West Virginia Museum of American Glass. Also get Monograh 59, the Hosch Kralik catalog i helped identify.
