    Like the Chevy headlamps i found this in the same box as the others at my Grandmother's. She thought that it was off an old Ford but i think that it may possibly be off an old motorcycle. I'd just like some closure on to what it is exactly.

      This is from an old Ford Truck, the clear area at the botto;m was to light the license plate. This would have been mounted on a bracket on the left side behind the rear fender....Nice Pick..

      Kent do you know what model Buick it's off of? I just searched 1927-1928 Buick Tailight on Google and the exact same taillight showed up.

      Boy was I wrong...............It is for aBuick ! 1928 but they were recommended as an upgrade for the 1927's..found some neat pics on a site and I think this is the link :

      I hope this shows you what you want....... they would have used the same light on all models...
