This lamp belonged to my mom but she's not able to tell me anything about it. Looks like it was some sort of antique that was converted into a lamp. It's electric. Around the top (see second picture) there are figures with writing around each head - unable to read it.I know that at one point she had it "redipped". (Not sure what the finish is.) Any ideas what it might be?
