My brother in law asked me to send this pics because he has no idea about the chairs. As you can see one seems to be a wheel chair and the other he has the slightest clue. If you could please give me any information that you may know about the chairs it would be greatly appreciated, so that I can let him know.

You are correct, the one is a Wheel Chair from the 40's the other with the Gold fabric is a Barber chair........I would have thought that was apparent to anyone who ever had a haircut......
