I am not 100% certain on the attribution of this piece but for the time being I have settled on - LOETZ ENAMELLED OLYMPIA DÉCOR -
It is pale green glass similar to Olympia, mould blown with no pontil, geometric enamelling and applied handles. It measures 10" high.
Although this is not a definite attribution, Loetz looks to me like real possiblity. Other suggested possibilities are a piece commissioned by Bakalowits of Vienna made by Fritz Heckert or Kolomon Moser.
If you have any suggestions I would love to hear them.

More Memphis than Sottsass and amost a hundred years earlier!
Hi vetraio50 - I am not sure what you mean by - "more Memphis than Sottsass and amost a hundred years earlier". Can you explain? Thanks.
Mac
Hi Mac. The shape is so Memphis. I was reminded of the vases that you see on this site http://www.jahsonic.com/EttoreSottsass.html. Sottsass did some glass work in the 1980's that has very interesting shapes and a variety of glass colours. His work for Alessi and the totem poles for Bitossi are keenly sought after today. In my mind your vase is as modern and as interesting as his work. The shape of those applied handles is amazing and their colour too.
Thanks for the clarification and I see what you mean!
