This Dark Amber quart jar still contains some DDT. This came from my husband's family's dairy farm. We found quite a few treasures when cleaning out the barns and sheds. The label is pre-printed, then the contents of the jar was typed onto the label, looks like with just a regular old fashioned typewriter. Most likely dates back to the 1940's or close. Any ideas? There is approximately 1 cup of DDT left in the jar. Jar has a black plastic lid a circled B on the bottom with the numbers 1085 above the circle B and 950 below the circle B and the number 4 to the left of the circle B with a large raised dot to the right of the circle B. Too much fun to have around. Is it illegal to own DDT????
