This is a large, 2.43 mts. or 8 feet square, embroidered linen wall hanging. Its scroll and animal motif makes me think it is English. I am trying to find out more about it, its age, the name of the type of needlework, origin, purpose (wall hanging, bed curtain or other). Thank you!
