Here is a fine Pewter footed bowl. It has a nice ornate pattern around this edge. It has 3 feet. Could it possibly be a salt cellar? On the bottom it is marked 'Etain Fin 95% Fein Zinn'. Meaning "Fine Pewter" in both French and German. Possibly Victorian style. Could you please tell me about this item? Age? Origin? Etc. Thank you for your time.
