Was wondering if anyone could help me identify the makers on these two pices ? Both are hand blown , the one vaseline piece was hard to capture the color but it is very vibrant. Maybe French ? I have no idea and any info would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks !

Wow Malta the Color on the Compote is lovely! I think its from Italy
I think they are probably Italian glass .I'm sure I had one of the vaseline glass ones with a label on.
I tink this is close to it

Thank you ! I was hoping for a maker's name ;)
Gorgeous !!!
Came across this today. Marty is right. This range was called Opalina Fiorentina. You see pieces with that sticker on it. They were made in the town of Empoli in Tuscany. The factory, now closed, was called "Stelvia, or S.T.E.L.V.I.A. (full name Società Toscana Esercizio Lavorazione Vetri Industriali e Artistici".
Opalescent vaseline? Best of both worlds.
