      It looks like a "Polish" doll. They were made of wood and their arms usually move, and sometimes their legs, but not always.

      I agree likely Polish , Just never saw one with so much check blush ,Maybe swiss ? Hands are full circles instead of half hands . Hmmmmmmmmm ? I was inclined to think Polish when I first saw her or him but also wood seems better quality what do you think ?Dollmaker
