A sweet example of celluloid jewelry with a patent number noted on the ear clips. Floral pattern with rhinestone center, each earring features a silver tone patterned ear clip imprinted with patent #1967965 assigned to Ballou & Co, a 130 y/o findings company. This clip manufacture was used on earrings through @ 1940. Charming small flower and leaf design fashioned into small bouquets accented with rhinestones. These earrings are about the size of a dime and still have plenty of sparkle power. The patterned clips are comfortable on the ears. Color is a bit yellowed probably more from cigarette smoke than age but have an old ivory look to them.
