This is an odd dish my Grandmother cherished. I have no idea what it is. There are no markings. It is very beautiful. She had it displayed in the dining room for as long as I can remember.

I have uploaded a couple more pics. Also, I noticed a signature on the bottom. I can't make it out, but my Mom says she remembers it saying something Strictly or Stickly something like that when she looked into it.
I can not make out the signature lol. I have tried.
