    I had this in my collection (of course in storage) never new or heard of this Challinor, but what is interesting is some family is looking for some of these items....so maybe they can find this with pushing on your site.

    I would love to find out about this piece, on the bottom of plate unable to read the pattern or what this dish is called .

      This is an old English transferware plate probably made before 1881 because it doesn't have the word England on the mark. This kind of pottery was very common because they could make it in bulk for the masses using the transfer method. Lots of people collect antique transferware and this is a pretty motif.
