This was made for some type of display somewhere, some of the letters appear to be scattered in various strange places on the board out of place, and are glued down still. Not sure what this was used for since it says "Improvisation" on the top, but is on a type of thick particle board/wood, with a wood trim and holes all along it (my guess is to illuminate light through it). Film is Thunder in the Sun, from 1937 starring Edward G. Robinson and Constance Collier
