I have been told that instead of a standard scale "pan" that there were two coke bottles hanging from the arms. I have talked to several collectors that had never seen one before. I was hoping someone could give me more info.

The clock face design you have was used only from 1900- abt. 1907. The first electric coke clock was in 1931. This looks like it dates from the 30's and the wear on the clock is much worse than the wear on the face which looks perfectly new. Taking this into consideration I am certain this is a fantasy piece. There are other small fake clocks of other designs with the same recreated face available.

I have a disagree EarlyCoke, I think this might be a hybrid, a fantasy/ genuine piece. If you look a the coca cola logo, it's a earlier cursive one, (you know, the one that has the points coming out of the "O"s.), and I'm 98% sure there is a "Trade Mark" in the tail of the "C". Let me give an example.

I think this is a genuine clock face that was put in a newer clock (60's 70's new), possibly from someone trying to make more valuable or make it look cool. But, that's just my guess, I want thoughts from you earlycoke.

Left picture is the reference, I also have seen reproductions that have the "COCA COLA" around the numbers.

No I am sure it isn't genuine. The clock is older but the face from the 80's. If this person was a client of mine, I would tell them not to purchase it.

Like I said, it was just a guess. Thanks for clearing it up earlycoke, it was just a wonder. I'm still learning.

I have a clock that looks exactly just like this. But it does not have coca-cola on the face and the scales are also missing. it was given to me by my mother in law. Is it worth anything.
