This spoon was made by Charles Boyton in 1925 and was probably made for the Wembley Empire Exhibition. It is 240mm long and weighs 194 grams. It has the "Herrick" lion, a man holding what appears to be a sledge hammer and two female scribes either side of the man, set above what appear to be Dolphins. The bowl has what appears to be a map of Continents etched into the bowl. I have tried to find out more info on this spoon but to no avail, I would welcome any comments. Thanks.
