The West Virginia Museum of American Art Hosch catalog has proved
invaluable for my research into Kralik glass. It features vases in clear or frosted glass decorated with fruits, apples or pears (Pic. 1). The pear vase is 11.5" tall; the apple, 11". The last photo is an example of Loetz Boule-Boule (14"), which I think must have served as the "inspiration" for the Kralik vases. Or maybe viceversa.
