Got this bike from Army surplus when I was a kid. Everything original, including the bell and headlight. Handlebar was replaced. Obviously it was repainted but you can see the original Army drab green by the Serial Number. This bike was made for the Army by Columbia.

Cool bike. I have one on here as well. Rare bike and a blast to ride around when restored.
I have seen the correct handlebars on Ebay. But the tool bag is very, very hard to find. Also the frame pump can be bought new and painted if you have the correct frame bracket. I have found it really tough to find a value on them. I would never sell mine but would be nice to know.
