Tin Xylophone toy made by Congost in 1970, Spain.
It came with instructions, telling you where to put the little with tabs to play different songs by turning the handle.
You can see the little white tabs at the left of the roller.
These are quite popular among Spanish collectors, but so many were made, and still survive, that they don't get much more than 90€ mint in their box with instructions.
But I love mine anyways! Plinkety plunk!!
