I need help identifying this in respects to whom patented this so I can look up some drawings. I've seen these on ebay that say the same thing as mine PAT'D FEB'Y 14 1860, however if you look at the ones on ebay they show a hole at tope where the centers meet and this one does not.
I cannot find any others like this, so was this one of orinigal designs and they modified it after? Please help if you can with any info., patent number etc.
