I love cabbage patch dolls, I purchased this one for my daughter when she was 3 years old ! I dont have the box or plastic ! She is in good condition ! I read here that she is collectible ?

That's a good place to start. I wouldn't think it would be worth any more than that now. These dolls were designed by my group at Mattel in 1996. They are so cute!
My Mom loved these dolls,she still has the one I gave her many years ago.On occasion she would allow the grandchildren to play with it but Ralph has spent most of his life in her curio cabinet.
