    I don't know what this is. It can't be a cup because how could you drink from it? I don't think it's a candler holder because it is uneven inside. I don't know what the three holes are for. Is it a part of something else?

      I'm thinkin' perhaps a part of epergne set. There would be flower 'horns' with pegs that fit into the holes. This part would possibly sit in a larger bowl. Could also possibly be a flower 'frog' as well. Sorry, I don't recognize the pattern.
