I bought this in the 80's. Don't know from what era it hails but I was told buy the owner of the consignment shop I bought it from that it was vintage.
I'm pretty sure it's thermoplast and not bakelite because I've seen others like it that are thermoplast. I remember I was pleased that I had bought it for very little.

Looks like Weiss. Lucky you got it then these bring a nice amount of cash in today's market. I know this or a similar bracelet in pink that is signed Weiss can bring close to $200 if you have earrings close to $300! I have been looking for one of these for a decent price and have yet to find it. Thanks for sharing.
Vintagemad, I hope it's a Weiss, that would be great! Always great to hear what you have to say about jewelry pieces. Thanks :)

I haven't posted any jewelry pieces, but I always enjoy these and other post. This is a really nice piece, thanks for sharing.
Thanks Kerry, much appreciated!!
Pretty nice black bangle; think I got one of those black bangles in my dresser drawer of jewelry. Think mine is black horn inlaid with mother of pearl. If I can find it, I will post it too. Mine has crosshatching so it is horn of some kind.
