This split front secretary was my grandmothers. I think she got it through Sears, but not sure. It is cherry finish. The two pieces of glass are original and curved. There are 3 keys: one for the desk, one for the bookcase and one for the storage under the drop front desk. It also has a decorative top, that I have but the filigree pieces have fallen off. I still have the pieces in a drawer. My aunt who had this after my grandmother took the decorative top off (it just unscrews off). It is a great piece but everything else I have is mission oak so it looks out of place unless in a room by itself! This has a lot of "frou-frou" on it.
