Found this sign at a store in KY. Mitch Miller was a guy that had this show on TV in the 60s but he was also a major player and producer in the music business all the way back to the 40s. He had a very funny way of directing on the show, that's what I remember most. You know, the whole follow the bouncing ball stuff,,,,LOL. He also sold millions of records for Columbia based on these sing-a-long song shows.

GREAT Find. Now all we have to do is follow the bouncing ball, lol. Mitch had the first karaoke machine, it was the TV. Thanks for the memories.
Yep, you're right Kerry! He brought it to the masses in the 1960s.

Thanks Michael and BELLIN!
There were two options at our house.
1. Sit down and watch Mitch Miller
2. Be quiet and go to bed.
Best part was mom made popcorn. I have found two of his LP's in the lot of records I am cataloging.
This sign is certainly a fun find with memories for many of us old goats.
