Bought these 2 yarn paintings at a thrift store, both are 24"x 24", one
is signed on back Raimundo de la rosa. He was one of the pioneers of
this style in the 70's. The Shaman would take a peyote button enjoy
his hallucination and then make a yarn painting of his vision mounted with beeswax on plywood.
    Beautiful colors.
    Thanks for looking

I also have a Huichol yarn painting. I have a question about your signature on the back.

      1. Is your item framed - If so is the signatue visible when framed or did you have to remove the brown cover paper etc. to see it.

      2. If not framed. Is the signature on the wood and what is it signed with?

      Thanks,

      Joe
