when my husband and i got married in 1976 we started collecting marbles . why i really dont know . we had know children at the time and had more money then brains lol . we collected from 1976 -1981 when our first child came along then the hobby was gone and the marbles went into a gun safe lots of boxes of marbles . this spring we decided to down size . the kids raised and gone and all . well so here we are after 30 years the marbles come out and the grandkids are laughing at old grandmas and grandpas collection . these are just a few pictured here of the marbles we have tryed to count them the grandkids counted them they say theres a bunch lol .dont know who made them or where they are from but they sure are pretty . and now i just may take up collecting again .
