I am confused with this piece. So far I found the following info:
It is a 2 pc Fairy Lamp definately from the Olde Virginia Line based on the OVG mark on the buttom. It is a Fine Cut & Block patter #9102. I am not sure about the color it is the Cameo or the Amber.
I found other pieces here and there but none of them had the opalescent/white rim like this on the buttom piece.
Can somebody help me to identify this piece please?

most likely Cameo Opalescent; here is link to Fenton Fairy Lamps. #9102 is closer to the bottom

you can also compare your color to those in the 1980 catalog of CO (see page 4-5). I have a cake stand in CO and it can be diffocult to get good color in photographs.

Thank you so much for your comment and the link.
It is very informative. I like this piece because its color.
Do you think it is collectible or it is just my " Fenton love"?
A short article was published in our Fairy Lamp Club Newsletter on Fenton fairy lamp designs. It won't help confirm the color but will add a bit of information on this pattern/design. I have put the article online for you at:
