    I know I have seen this pattern before on Collectors weekly but I do not remember what it is. These plates are dessert size.

      several companies made very similar cane patterns. I'm thinkin that this may be by McKee from the 1890s and called Cane or McKee's Hobnail. Federal Glass made a popular cane pattern called Windsor that was reproduced by Indiana Glass more recently, but I don't see the center cane insert used in the Windsor patten. Hopefully this may give you some ideas to research and compare.
