Sheffield Plate Candle Holders

These are sheffield plate candle holders from the late 1800's(?) I have no idea on the maker from the hallmarks, any help on date and value would be appriciated. BTW Sheffeild plate is silver and copper layered together.

Why doesn't CW have a sheffeild plate section??? :P
