Hi --I am really now just curious to see if anyone out there knows anything about this little guy. I got him in the mid-fifty's when we lived in Germany and at one point thought he was a Steiff but he has no buttons on his body. I will be honest, I was going to sell him, but I got an attack of the "can't do it's"! He is in pretty good shape, just his footpads have been replaced (my mom-when I was a kid). Still I looked at so many bears, I thought I would lose my mind..but they all DO look slightly different!
I am thinking Hermann and if he is, his name will be Hermann and he is going nowhere :) Thank you!
