Not sure on the year, but probably early '60s. What an interesting array of products! The little jack on the bottom right is a "Treble Booster," which supposedly gives your guitar a little more high-frequency punch. You would plug your guitar cable into that, which would then plug into the amplifier. Life was so much different before guitar pedals!
